Kinky Quizzo ® Terms and Conditions for bar orders: 

• We reserve the right to refuse your order and/or game booking.
  
  
• There is no binding contract to have or continue a Kinky Quizzo ® event.

• No exclusive rights to use Kinky Quizzo ® are expressed or implied.  
  
  
• Recurring games are billed and shipped until notice of cancellation is given. This ensures on-time arrival of your game materials for ongoing events. Weekly games are $85 per game plus USPS shipping. 6% sales tax for orders in Pennsylvania.
  
  
• Onetime events are only billed for one game. One time order is charged $100 for game package plus USPS shipping. 6% sales tax for orders in Pennsylvania.

• Returns of unused game packages are accepted. Refunds are given on the cost of the Kinky Quizzo ® game package, shipping fee is non-refundable.

• All Kinky Quizzo ® game material is property of the Kinky Quizzo ® trademark and cannot be used in any other fashion other than to conduct a Kinky Quizzo ® event.

Contents of Game Package
Each Kinky Quizzo ® game package contains materials to conduct (1) Kinky Quizzo game. Each Kinky Quizzo ® game package includes approximately $150 dollars in retail value adult prizes. Also included are answer sheets, score sheet, three trivia rounds of questions and answers, take home bags. We also provide promotional items including posters, table tents and custom e-flyer for web use.

Returns and Refunds
Game packages may be returned within 20 days to the return address on your package label which is P.O. Box 1153 Bristol PA 19007. Shipping is not refunded and return shipping is the responsibility of the receiver. A refund to customer's credit card is issued when returned prize package is received in its unused condition. These items must be present for a refund: ALL prizes in their unopened packaging, unused answer sheets, score sheet and unused prize bags. Posters and other promotional material do not have to be returned to receive your refund.

Cancellations and temporary postponements
You may cancel at any time. You may also temporarily cancel and/or postpone games through holidays. Just call the office ASAP to stop or hold your order, toll free 866-456-1125.

Shipping Information
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday except holidays. To ensure on time delivery, recurring Kinky Quizzo ® games will be automatically billed and your Kinky Quizzo ® game package will be shipped until cancelled. All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Service with Delivery Confirmation.

*We are not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen or packages shipped to the wrong location because wrong information was given.
